Refund Policy for Trend Leaf Store

1. Eligibility: Refunds are available for items returned within 30 days of purchase in unused, original condition with all tags and packaging. Sale items are final and not eligible for refunds.

2. Initiating a Return: To start a return, contact us at [contact@trendleaf.com] with your order number. We’ll provide return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

3. Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

4. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

5. Exchanges: We currently do not offer exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.

6. Non-Refundable Items: Gift cards and final sale items are non-refundable.
